Martin Cummins was born on 28 November 1969 in Canada. He attended the Vancouver Actors Studio where he trained under Mel Tuck, a highly respected pioneer of Canadian Theatre. Martin guest-starred in a number of US and Canadian television shows before landing the part of Nick Boyle in the MGM series Poltergeist: The Legacy which was filmed in Vancouver. He played the character for 4 years and was given the chance to direct three episodes. Martin also went on to direct episodes of another well-known MGM series - The Outer Limits. Once Poltergeist: The Legacy finished, Martin continued to guest star in other series that were being filmed in Vancouver and eventually won the recurring role of Ames White in the second season of Dark Angel. … [Read More...]
