Stephen J Cannell has signed a distribution agreement with Anchor Bay to release his TV series on DVD, this will include 21 Jump Street and The Commish. You can check out the Television pages to verify which seasons feature a young Martin.

In a similar vein, there are rumours that MGM plan to release series boxsets of The Outer Limits. Of course, the one show we all want to see on DVD, namely Poltergeist: The Legacy is still being overlooked.
