I’ve added a clip of Martin as Dale Kater in the movie Devour to the Downloads section. It’s approx 2 mins 34 secs in length and again is more or less Martin’s screen time in the movie.

For those of you in R2 regions Devour will be released on 5 Sept 2005, however I should probably warn you that Martin is only in the film for about 10 mins. The film itself is pretty dull, so unless you are a Jensen Ackles fan – I wouldn’t bother. Screen caps will of course be coming this weekend as promised but there won’t be as many as I thought.

It looks like Devour will be getting a “straight to video” release on 17 May 2005. Please note that this date remains unconfirmed at this time and I will of course keep you updated.

Apparently, the character Martin is playing in Devour, Dale Kater, is a satanist who created the game that Jake Cummings (Jensen Ackles) and his friends play. Another bad boy role….

Reports indicate Martin has a role in an upcoming David Winkler movie called Devour which is currently in production in Vancouver. The cast includes Martin’s Dark Angel co-star Jensen Ackles, along with Shannyn Sossamon, Dominique Swain and William Sadler. The premise of the movie is about a college student (Ackles) who plays an online game in which players commit dangerous acts. Martin’s character is Dale Kater. The movie will be released in 2005.
